Check rebar connection quality:
(1) Check the appearance quality of the joint, and there should be no complete thread exposed, and there should be no gap between the steel bar and the connecting sleeve. If a complete thread is found to be exposed, it should be re-tightened, and then use the torque wrench for inspection to spot-check the quality of the joint.
(2) Use a quality inspection torque wrench to check the tightness of the joint.
Straight thread joint test:
(1) Under the same construction conditions, the same grade, same type and same specification joints of the same batch of materials are used, and 500 pieces are used as an acceptance batch for inspection and acceptance, and less than 500 pieces are also regarded as an acceptance batch. Three specimens were taken from each batch for uniaxial tensile test.
(2) When the tensile strength of the three specimens is not less than the standard value of the tensile strength of the steel bar of this grade, the acceptance is approved as qualified. If the tensile strength of one test piece does not meet the requirements, six test pieces shall be taken for re-inspection.
If there is still one test piece that does not meet the requirements in the re-inspection, the acceptance criticism will be regarded as unqualified.
