The inspector should conduct regular or irregular re-inspection of the raw material, and it can be put into use after passing the test.

2. Blanking of steel sleeve blanks: blanking according to the sleeve pattern and technical documents.

4. Inner circle processing of steel bar sleeves: According to the drawings and technical documents, the inner circle processing of the sleeves with allowance for drilling is carried out to make them meet the standard requirements.
Inspection method: caliper or special inner hole light gauge, pass and stop gauge.
5. Chamfering of the outer circle of the steel bar sleeve: It is processed according to the product drawings and technical documents, and the appearance is neat and free of oxide scale.
Inspection method: visual inspection, caliper
6. Internal thread processing of steel bar sleeve: processing according to product drawings and technical documents, and at the same time processing technology requirements, requiring full and smooth teeth.
Inspection method: special thread pass and stop gauge.
7. On the basis of passing the self-inspection, the product will be sent to the full-time inspection department for inspection. After passing the inspection, the specification mark and symbol will be marked on the outer surface of the sleeve.
8. After the product has passed the inspection, it is packaged and put into storage. The packaging bag should have the factory name, specification, quantity, inspection number, batch, production date, etc.
